Rassams creamery Darnall

I ordered a whippy vanilla cream. It's £1.5. and there was a boy beside me who only brought 2 pounds but he wanted to have 3 scoop of chocolate ice cream. The waiter was very patient to handle him. He told him the price. Well. I was laughing as well. Of course the boy was not aware. You know, kid. So yeah. I told him to order vanilla whippy it is only 1.5 enough for his money. And he ordered that. The waiter even got him a biscuit as well. Which I didn't get at othe rasams branch before while I ordered the same thing. So I sat down at the restaurant while calming down myself about the horrible dental practice.

Tried their ice cream and desserts recently, and they were honestly amazing. The ice cream was super creamy with real flavour, and the desserts tasted fresh and were nicely presented. Really impressed overall — definitely worth trying

Shehab was really good to us. Waited for us and made us the fresh order we gave despite it was their closing time. Thank you for your service brother.

I ordered a flapjack with custard. They are soooo blooody stingy and put the bare minimum custard it is not enough for the flapjack/pudding. When you ask them why they reply that they are instructed to only provide such little by their bosses, why, I do not understand surely they make enough profits to not have to cut down on custard when you are a dessert shop for crying out loud. Secondly aside from this I asked for a simple chocolate drizzle which he said he would put on and he DID NOT I don’t know if it’s another tactic to save money or if he is simply just deaf. Absolutely rubbish customer service and portion levels they are way too stingy. Try treatz or 39 desserts the portions are a lot better, great taste and great customer service.

I was served to day by brother Shehab. The brother made me a milkshake and it was absolutely fantastic..the service was 100%. Well done to the team keep up the good work. Will definately be back.
