I called MB Storage today as I have a vehicle that needed storage sharply and it was sorted literally no more than 10 minutes after I called. When I arrived the car cut out and James kindly helped push it to the side for me and even dropped me home as I live close by which was very nice of him. Fantastic customer service can’t fault them at all and thanks again for sorting it out for me at such short notice. 5⭐️ from me guys! 🙂
Excellent, would highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Units are very clean and access times are perfect.
Super polite, prompt and professional. Martin is a pleasure and nothing seems like too much trouble. He's very accommodating and makes himself available when needed. Storage containers are huge, and they're sealed, well ventilated and very clean too. It's really easy to access and I can park my van just outside for easy loading/unloading. Surpassed my every expectation!
I have just finished my hire of a unit this week after keeping my belongings stored safely there since October 2020 due to a house renovation. Charlotte & Martin are very well organised and great communicators. The site itself is so reassuring when leaving your beloved belongings. Access is via a telephone controlled gate and there is CCTV on site. I visited my unit at various hours and always felt safe doing so due to the security features in place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MB storage and the monthly fee is incredibly reasonable for the peace of mind provided.
