Admiral Casino: Dewsbury, Queensway

I used to think this place was ok but the new staff that work here are absolutely atrocious! Even the old manager that worked at the old one joins in with them. I was in there this morning and heard them talking about people who get on buses and the staff there seem to think they're above them in some strange way! I've heard them talk about customers after they leave and today just topped it off for me! Won't be going in here ever again so if you've spent money here there is a good chance they are basically laughing at you! They don't care if you lose money they don't even ask if you need to take a break from gambling....it's become an absolutely ridiculous vile place to be....don't waste your money in here

Just seen this video on u tube how disgusting this place is with staff members threating members of the public all that place cares about is robbing people these places should be closed down

You put in a lot of money and nothing, and when I say a lot of money, a lot like someone do something about it just to take money and no pay out. I spend around 3000£ and pay out maybe all together around 200£. I was to other casino is taking but paying to but this one is a real scam. And no one come to check it out the slots mashines. I make even complain. I hope that they catch them because this is not legal what they are doing with the set up of the slots mashines

The staff at this site need retraining. Educating on Public Photography followed by the Legislation that protect people from Gambling. Very Poor!

The staff are very pleasant and upbeat. They never forget to ask if you would like a drink!
