This is a key role where you'll take ownership of client relationships and become a trusted partner, supporting service delivery while identifying opportunities to add value. You'll work closely with clients across multiple sectors, ensuring high standards of service and helping to strengthen long-term partnerships. What's On Offer 25 days holiday + bank holidays Life assurance (5x annual salary) Company pension scheme Employee referral bonus Health cash plan Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Eye care vouchers Onsite parking Training and development to support career growth Subsidised onsite gym facilities Responsibilities of an Internal Account Manager: Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, including multi-site clients Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor Overseeing service delivery from job creation through to completion and financial close Identifying opportunities to introduce additional or enhanced services Producing clear, high-quality technical and commercial reports Supporting account growth alongside the Business Development team Coordinating smaller projects, pricing, and quotations Handling client queries and issues professionally and proactively Visiting client sites across the UK to build strong working relationships Supporting emergency response activity when required Upsell new products and services to existing accounts Requirements of an Internal Account Manager: Full UK Driver's Licence Passionate about delivering excellent service Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Eager to learn, develop, and grow their career Ideally experienced in environmental, drainage, utilities, facilities management, or a related service-based industry
