Bought a car a week ago. Ben was a great sales men not pushy in the slightest and aftercare has been brilliant.
Absolute gents, old school car traders with integrity. I came across an add on auto trader checked their website and they had 4 or 5 similar cars so drove over to look. Could have bought any of the cars, all clean and tidy, knew their stuff and advised accordingly. Viewed on Tuesday and car delivered on Thursday with fresh 12 months mot definitely recommend 👍🏻
Bought a Skoda Fabia for my mother-in-law a couple of months ago and these guys were excellent. Really friendly, new their stuff and put zero pressure to buy the car. Had open and honest discussion about the car and the other alternatives available and happily agreed to buy the car. Got one very happy mother-in-law and the car is still working without any issues. Great company, highly recommend.
Purchased my daughters first car from Ian , very honest and informative guy from the offset over the phone and just as friendly and helpful when we arrived to view the car. Would highly recommend this garage. We did have an issue with the car after purchase but Ian sorted it ASAP, so fantastic after sales service too.
Seen a car at victoria car sales through auto trader. Phoned to arrange a viewing!. Went the next day and the car was being washed by Ian. He drove it to front, i instantly liked it. Told Ian i would give him a call in couple of hours, needed to sort insurance. Needed part for drivers side window, which was on order. Ian arranged to pick up car Thursday morning, loose connection with horn also. Had trouble with it starting that morning, it eventually started and they took it to their garage. Did get sorted along with horn and window. Was so grateful to Ian and his son Ben, they spent over a day fixing it! Running ok now. Brill car and cannot fault them both. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend victoria car sales to anyone wanting a car. Thank you so much Ian and Ben
