The receptionist and nurses are kind and helpful. Dr's are all good, usual NHS GP challenges with appointments! If you ring at 8am and it's something urgent or serious they will see you. Have looked after our family very well. Many thanks

Some of the doctors are arrogant and do not care about patients health. Most of the time they don't know what's wrong you and just dismiss your problems. As long as they get paid thats all that matters to them. I don't know where they get their training from but even Google knows more than them.

Same typical NHS GP practice. They do things as and when it pleases them, ignoring there own policies and even make there own definitions up of words. The Managers, receptionist and doctors take no accountability for anything. They have poor communication skills, make stories up that don't exist and put words into others mouth that were never spoken. Very disrespectful people who act like children when confronted with the deception and lies they spread. The receptionist would rather put there own personal feelings before anyone healthcare. A bunch of people who are arrogant and don't want to listen to there patients and just bark orders at. Good luck to anyone seeking medical help from any NHS establishment.

Overall this surgery is a very nice caring enviroment. The receptionists and Drs and Nurses here are very nice. Nothing is too much trouble at this site appointments are easier to make and access than at the Bentley site. So i travel 2 mile to a Doctors surgery that is pleasant and easy accessed .

Worst Doctors in the whole of Doncaster, misdiagnosed a family member and put them on medication which wasn't necessary. Which resulted in the family member passing away. Disgraceful practice who refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing.
