Very polite and cheerful customer service today when purchasing some clothes and ordering a skirt into store in my size. Thanks again Linda, makes shopping in store better than online which I rarely say.

The staff are awful at this branch now do shopping at wheatley one
The staff have always been really helpful when I've shopped in the children's dept. Asking if I need any help getting anything down from heights or if I want to order a size to store which they don't have in stock. There is a great range of clothes to choose from, I'd buy almost anything if I could afford it because I find the quality is very good.
I will give this rating because there are no clothes in this shop. Even the next outlet shops have better clothes and choices than what this shop has. Is so annoying because next has a great variety of clothes and really nice ones, and this shop sells none of them. Is like they chose the worst from each category :(
