A great area for all local occasions. The entrances and fences have been reinforced with new steal barriers and rocks, whilst the ground has been specially shaped to prevent caravans.

Small car parking could do with resurfacing as has dropped below pavement level . Do be careful not to scrape underside of your car. Otherwise is one of few parks completely fenced off locally allowing peace of mind that your doggy friend or child cant get near the road .Evening illumination would further improve the park .

Quite disturbed by an area of the park around the trees which has recently been indiscriminately mowed down. Because of a policy of not mowing this section over time it has become more like a meadow, hosting a flurry of wild orchids, as well as attracting butterflies. Parks are for everyone, not just people who take their dogs and children.
