Premier Inn Bradford North (Bingley) hotel

The staff here are so welcoming and kind. I stayed a night for business. It was freezing outside when I arrived. The receptionist said to pop the heater on in my room and if it didn't heat quickly to let her know and she would provide another. It heated quickly, and 20 mins later when I went down for dinner, she checked on me to make sure I was OK. The staff in the restaurant were polite and friendly too and the food was really delicious....I had the festive ice cream for pudding which was really naughty but worth the calories! The shower is so powerful (older is always best I find). I stay in the premiers all the time and although this one doesn't have all of the gizmos and gadgets, like say the Birmingham NEC one does, it's the people, (and shower) that makes it special. That's what this one huts the nail on the head with. I will stay again anytime I am around that way again for sure.

For me the location perfect for proximity to relatives. This is one of the best Premier Inns in the UK - nothing is too much trouble. The room is more pricey than others but food is decent, well priced, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Every member of staff was willing to help.

Ok I have to admit being a hotel snob and this is the first time I have visited a Premier Inn. The hotel was spotless and rooms are basic but you have everything you need. Pillows were way to soft and I would have liked to have a few pillows but we had a great sleep. The water was very hot and the shower powerful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We use this one every time we visit family and is consistently good value with staff that are friendly, welcoming and ready to add extra levels of customer service. This visit was no exception! Thanks.

Fantastic hotel with outstanding staff. Just a note if you visit during warmer weather there is no air con on the 1st floor, not a criticism just worth bearing in mind. The staff make this hotel perfect as they are so attentive and helpful.
