This February Half term we are running a selection of fun, family-friendly activities on our Aire and Calder navigation!
We are running a fantastic nature walk combined with a litterpick to help look after our local wildlife. Put on your wellies or walking boots and join us to collect rubbish and make your local canal more beautiful and a better environment for wildlife to flourish!
This session is aimed specifically at families. You will be given everything you need to do a litterpick whilst on the canal. However, you’re more than welcome to bring your own litterpicking equipment.
Come and join in the fun, get outdoors, do something active and teach the whole family about the importance of caring for our environment.
