Always friendly, always great service and the best ever homemade cakes. All made and staffed by volunteers. So good we travel 20 miles regularly!
A decent place to pop into as you do a walk around the reservoir. Includes everything you need: hot beverages, snacks & tasty cakes, lavatories and indoor seating to warm up. Walls feature interesting info about local attractions and history. However, do note that it can get really busy and you might struggle to find a table to sit.
Nice modern space a few 100m from the reservoir walk. Nice homemade cakes
Delightful treasure of a find. Best sandwhiches ever and the cakes are to die for. Coffee was stunning. It is unbelievable that is run solely by volunteers who are fantastic at what they do, their service is top notch. Loved the use of local food and it is a lovely touch naming their sources on the menu. This place is a gem. Absolute must visit
Attempted to visit, bieng disabled it seemed a good place to visit. Shame when we got there 9 vehicles in the car park for the centre and only two groups at the centre. Will not attempt another visit due to inconsiderate walkers.
