This is the best place if you need to exercise your dog on its own or dogs who know each other well. I have a very reactive dog to the point he will try and drag me over a busy road to get to another dog. He has actually pulled me over 3 times. So, going to Flaxton Dog Park, you have a choice of parking just outside the field, or you can drive just into the field. We go through the gate, which has a 4 digit combination code you are given on the by confirmation email when you book. You will also get a reminder email 24 hours before your booked slot. AlI bookings are online and it is so easy to set up. When you arrive, you have the option of driving into the field, but I prefer to park outside. Once we get into the field, I set him free and he flies. Sounds silly but if there are dogs in the other field (there is a gap between the fences of each field), he loves to chatter with them and run up and down the fence line with them. The fence makes him feel secure. It is a high secure fence surrounding the whole field In the field there is a picnic table as you walk in, a poo bag dispenser and poo bin. Also, some hay bales they can climb on, agility equipment; a tube to run through and some poles which they can zig zag through. There are also 3 different sized sets of tires set in the ground at various heights. At the top of the field, the area in the middle has been left for the grass to grow. There is a path all the way round it and also through it. The field is about an acre and a half, so plenty of space and you can book them for half hour or hour slots at a time. It's just so easy and we love love them.

Absolutely lovely place. Dogs love it here and so do the kids. Little obstacles around the gated area for teaching dogs tricks. Two separate fields great availability. Water for the dogs, poo bags and bins.

Went on field 2 today unfortunately after a dog Walker! 5 massive poos left! On 1st half of the field don't expect too pick other peoples dog shit up! Not been for a while after my dog nearly broke her leg thanks to prior dogs been allowed too dig massive holes! By their owner! I did inform the owners who did fill the holes. Sad people don't respect this space. space for dogs and owners Wild meadow area in summer.
