One account, many clients

Your Agency account holds the listings for every client you manage. You work from a single organisation dashboard — add clients, edit their presence, and keep everything in one place.

You admin — and clients can log in

You have full admin access across your clients. You can also invite each client so they can sign in and update their own listings, photos, and details within the scope you give them. Billing stays with you.

Wholesale discount = your margin

Agency accounts are billed at a negotiated wholesale rate off the Yorkshire.com list prices your clients would pay if they joined directly. That discount is yours to keep as margin.

Bill list — or pass the discount on

Charge your clients the same rates they would pay Yorkshire.com directly and keep the difference, or pass some or all of the wholesale discount through. How you package it is between you and your clients.

What you get in practice

  • Seat-based capacity — your account is sized to the clients (listings) you manage, at the membership tier each seat needs.
  • Team access — invite colleagues and client contacts with the right level of access. Clients never see billing.
  • Same products as direct members — your clients get the Yorkshire.com listing experience and membership features; you hold the commercial relationship with us.
  • Set up for you — we load your Agency account once we agree seats and discount. Self-serve signup is coming later; until then, use the form below.
