West Royd Bed and Breakfast Robin Hood's Bay

20/06/22-24/06/22 Just spent the last 4 days here at West Royd, it is a lovely B and B with all you need in the room for a few days stay. Debbie and Phil are really great hosts and very friendly, very attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. There were some extras in the room which were a nice touch, dressing gowns, slippers, fridge with breakfast items, small complimentary wine and beer, microwave, toaster. Towels were lovely, soft, fresh and plentiful, as was the bedding. The walks from the B and B were superb, we did the walk to Ravenscar via the cliff path, it’s quite a tough one with some high steps to go up. But the views are fantastic, such a dramatic coastline, it was a good 2/ 1/2 hr walk, not for the faint hearted!!!!! Then we also walked to Whitby again on the coastal path, probably 3 hrs, it was a much easier walk as quite flat. We walked into the bay for our evening meal at the Bay Hotel, really good food each night and not bad price, good pub grub. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Robin Hoods Bay and look forward to going back next year.

Great location, minutes walk from the coast. Phil is a very welcoming and warm host. Fab room with a great in-room breakfast. Really appreciated the vegan options! Thank you :)

Excellent 2 night break at West Royd, stayed in the Wainwright room and everything spot on. Phil and Debs perfect hosts ,attention to detail plus location perfect would definitely be happy to stay here again.
