Mostly now holiday cottages which is a shame as it takes the heart of the village. Though good for businesses. The cottages are lovely especially early morning and late evening as very calm and relaxing environment a place to unwind.
Stayed at Kirkham House. Nice cottage, overpriced as all cottages are now but still our fave place to stay. With a family with children, we always choose somewhere with a washer dryer. Unfortunately it didn't work. Guy came with 2days of holiday left and said it wouldn't be fixed in time. For 1700 quid a week it's not great service. Will book through the other companies in future.
Please be very careful when booking through this company as if there are any problems in your cottage they are completely unhelpful which is such a shame.
Really lovely venue to entertain children at.
