Sadly there is a reoccurring intermittent fault on a bike I have purchased via a retailer who are supplied by juicy bikes and they will not help me. The electric bike cuts out and random times. £2k wasted on a bike that can’t be relied upon to cycle to work. They will no doubt reply saying they’ve done tests but cannot explain to me why my motor cuts out and I’m left manually cycling a heavy bike without electric assistance. Really poor and would suggest you avoid.

I purchased the Dutch style bike which i loved but found it a little to big, after ringing juicy bikes they were happy for me to exchange it for the smaller pocko which was the same but has smaller wheels (I'm 5ft 3in) but was told they had none in stock until March but could still take it back and wait for the smaller pocko which I was happy to do so I took it back to there shop in Ashbourne, the assistant was very helpful and they did have a pocko on display and he let me try it out around the car park as I was happy with it and it was the same colour he just let me swap it over so I didn't have to wait till March which I was very happy about thankyou juicy bikes from a very happy costumer xx
