Had a very pleasant walk round next nice well laid out shop plenty of bargains in sale excellent child's department good spot for free parking also popped into the convenient lift up to man's department delighted to find a Costa coffee up there had delicious coffee and sandwich very busy nice afternoon out

Terrible customer service… bought a jacket, tried it on at home and it didn’t fit so wore an alternative. Brought in back and they refused to take it as said it had been worn which just was untrue. It had the tag on it but apparently they have two tags. No ideas why, felt like the manager was desperate not to refund and the lady next to me at the counter was also arguing about a refund on an item. Dreadful service ! Avoid, avoid, avoid !!!

Costa coffee shop disgusting. Flies walking all over cakes in cabinet. Bin overflowing behind counter. Dirty uncleared tables. Poor personal hygiene as staff walking around with dirty tops and aprons. Dirt on cups we were given. Left drinks and went elsewhere.

Went here to collect an order today. Could not see the collection point, so waited at the payment counter for ages only to be told to go to the collection point, which is hidden in the Home department and not signed. The email from Next suggests you can collect either from the collection point or from the payment counter, so I don't know why the member of staff could not get my order for me? Poor experience overall. The collection point needs better signage and there's no point telling people they can collect from the counters if they just redirect you.

Poor hygiene and ignorant staff in coffee shop. Table dirty, full of others food and drink, asked them to clean it when we arrived, picked up the food, left the used cups and didn’t clean or wipe the table, couldn’t understand a very simple order of two teas and two rounds of toast.. how do these people get jobs?!!!
