Training with Nick at LEP Fitness has been a game-changer. I’ve already lost a stone, but more importantly, I’ve gained structure, confidence, and a clear path to keep improving. His professional home gym is a completely non-judgmental space — ideal for beginners like me to get comfortable with weights and exercise. The personalised workout sessions and tailored food plan have both been excellent, and I genuinely look forward to every session. Nick’s a positive, encouraging coach who instinctively knows when to push and when to ease off. Getting in touch with Nick has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made in years. Highly recommended!

In a relatively short space of time training with Nick, I can’t believe how much I progressed and what I achieved; things I never thought I could, like full press-ups at the end of a full body workout! I achieved a massive improvement in muscle definition, all over body strength and now feel so much more confident working out myself. Nick was very patient and ensured I understood everything to do with my fitness plan and nutrition. Thank you Nick!

12 weeks ago I had a very typical overweight body shape, moobs, belly, love handles and crucially absolutely zero gym experience or confidence. Fast forward 12 weeks in to Nicks program, I have strangers asking me what my gym routine is and friends telling me I look 10 years younger. People say there is no such thing as a magic pill, but if you truly have the drive to change your health for the better, then Nick provides the closest thing to it you will find anywhere. Nick has been excellent in creating workout and diet plans for me and has provided invaluable help and guidance and provided the accountability I needed through the weekly check ins. He has also provided encouragement and advice with regular voice notes and podcasts and I would highly recommend his program.

I’ve been training with Nick for 12 weeks and I’m really happy with the results so far. The workouts are always varied and keep me interested, and the nutrition plan has been easy to follow and effective. The support from him is great, and I’m looking forward to the next training phase.
