Mr T’s Halifax

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered a Mr T Hot Shot Parmesan with chips and paid extra for sauce. Somehow ended up with a milkshake instead. Rang the shop to ask if onions could be added and was told on the phone it was “no problem”, yet the order still came wrong. Delivery time was a joke – originally 8:34, then constantly pushed back until 8:57. When the food finally arrived, there wasn’t even a full portion of chips and what was there was completely soggy and inedible. The only decent thing about the entire order was the milkshake, which says it all. Won’t be ordering again.

Unpleasant experience! Ordered a zinger burger my regular which was dry cold ! Not safe to be eating by human ! I get the same burger from Huddersfield always fresh collection/ delivery same ! Asked her to replace it no apology no nothing! Yet game warm buns / dry chicken fillet

Mr Ts is absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Malaekah was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible results. Everything was explained clearly, and her dedication and positive attitude really stood out. You can tell she takes great pride in what she does, and it shows in the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Mr Ts to anyone looking for someone reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Truly five-star service.

i ordered my special mr ts parmo zinger burger with sweet potato fries and curly fries and when i took my order home my burger wasnt the one i said i asked for full dipped zinger burger they didnt give that and with my sweet potato fries they gave me half and half chips i didnt get my money worth as they charged me full but didnt get what i asked for the special parmo was half cooked and very chewy ive tried mr ts so many times and never had this experience

We were waiting over half an hour for a burger and fries and a portion of fries and paid separately.. bit of a joke waiting 30-40 mins for a portion of fries for myself… anyways we shall skip past that to what i witnessed whilst i was waiting. the lady behind the counter began to dig her fingers into people’s food on the hot tray!! she did not have gloves on and was filling her cheeks like a chipmunk!! i also witnessed the same staff member spitting in a bin. It was also unprofessional as the kitchen staff and the same lady must have had a bit of a dispute.. probably over her eating all the food they were making for customers and she walked out and said she was leaving… to then return 2 minutes later with a box. Once finally receiving my food and 2 other customers witnessing her eating off the hot plate, i honestly felt grossed out and did not want to eat the food. we stayed positive and went upstairs as there was no seating and sat in the booths as the other tables had chairs on them. the same lady followed us up the stairs and began huffing and puffing as i presume she had been told to take the chairs from the tabes if there are customers. very dissatisfied, did not eat the food as couldn’t get the image of her unwashed fingers going into my food. There is a photo of the woman attached. not the best as i think she had an incling… but just beware
