We came to Robin to alter my daughter’s prom dress. The dress needs taking up and straps adjusted so quite a big job. Robin was very professional, helpful, patient and friendly. Bearing in mind how busy he was with other prom dresses he sorted out my daughters in the time frame he gave me. My daughter was very pleased with her dress and a year on has worn it again recently and still fits like a glove! I would definitely recommend Robins services.

Monsieur K (Robin) has done a number of alterations for me ranging from invisibly mending a tear in a shirt, amazing workmanship, shortening a pleated dress and shortening trousers one pair of which had a seam down the front. His tailoring is professional and the work done to a very high standard. He takes a lot of care and pride in his work and spends time making sure you will be happy with the outcome.

High quality tailors are hard to come by, but with Robin look no further! I live 150 miles away, yet I will always bring my jackets to him as his skill and craftsmanship is exceptional. His work is always finished on time and to a very high standard. For the quality of the work, his prices are very competitive.

Take two much loved 60+ year old inherited dresses which were now too small, ask Monsieur K for help and magic happened. One needed a slight redesign to make it bigger but the other was literally taken apart and remade. I’m absolutely delighted with my ‘new’ dresses and now just need an evening out to show them off. He made a suit for me with a relatively tight deadline, walked me through the process of choosing everything, and I ended up with a gorgeous suit that fits perfectly.
