A huge thank you to Phil and Mel for organising our unforgettable family holiday to Australia! We visited Sydney, Canberra, Jervis Bay, Noosa and Brisbane, and every part of the trip was just perfect. They took the time to really understand what I wanted from the holiday and tailored the itinerary to suit us perfectly. From the flights, hotels, transfers and car hire, to all their brilliant recommendations, everything ran so smoothly. Phil and Mel made planning such a big adventure completely stress-free — we honestly couldn’t have done it without them! Already looking forward to booking our next trip!

Myself and my partner booked a trip though Mel and Phil at Travel Gate, we wanted a last minute getaway and were needing some advice on where would be best to go late in the season! We went to see Mel and she provided us with several options and narrowed down hotel choices based on our preferences. We decided on a week in Ibiza. Mel and Phil made the booking process so easy, and we really felt like everything was under control and we could look forward to our trip knowing everything was taken care of! Melanie has organised two trips for me. The first a short break in New York, I was overwhelmed by the choices online and she simplified it and made booking so easy. The most recent was a honeymoon trip to south east Asia. We couldn't find exactly what we wanted in pre-made packages, Melanie put together an itinerary that was perfect. Having all the flights, transfers and accommodation booked together took so much stress out of organising, and it was cheaper than many of the pre-made packages! I know where to go next time I'm planning a holiday!

Melanie was great at helping us book a solo trip to New Zealand for my autistic son, planned a fabulous itinerary and kept tweaking it until it was just right. What really makes a difference though is what happens when something goes wrong. He got caught up in the chaos due to the floods at Dubai airport. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without Melanie’s support and advice through it all - even rebooking all kinds of accommodation, car hire etc to help him change the dates of the trip. I can’t thank them enough and can’t recommend them highly enough. If I could give more than five stars I would!
