Ok coffee, nice interior and warm space! But after a 10year experience in hospitality I would recommend: 1) the stuff, especially the lady with dark hair need to change her job, very rude and miserable! She is getting paid to say hello and smile, doesn’t cost anything 2)you need to employ more stuff is ridiculous for a coffee and a snack to wait 30minutes and has only one barista working 3)ladies need to wear a hair cover whilst your food counter is internally open and next to the till( we saw her making her hair literally next to the food what we were served) Remember it takes only one person to ruin a companies name.

I absolutely loved this store! Their window display of pastries is stunning - I just had to pop in. I tried the berry pastry and the pistachio croissant, and both were heavenly. The croissant, in particular, was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. A must-visit for anyone who loves pastries!

The choice of pastries was really good, I enjoyed a raspberry & almond croissant. However there was a really long wait for the coffees & the drink was muddled up. As we'd waited so long I didn't mention it as I didn't want to wait even longer for another coffee. Some of the staff looked very fed up. Other than that the decor and space in the cage is very nice. I wouldn't come again due to the lengthy wait for coffee. If Starbucks can serve hundreds more customers in a fraction of the time, why can't this cafe? I'd prefer to support local independent shops.

Came in, waited in the queue for a long time, but the wait was worth it! We got a cherry and almond croissant and a rhubarb apple pasty and a latte and cappuccino the girl making the coffee did a nice pattern in it shows they're putting the time into training them I suppose. And the cappuccino was actually foamed not milky. The girl with glasses serving us was nice and helped us choose what to order, we didn't feel rushed even with the large queue. We came in on Sunday but we have come in multiple times and each time has been a good experience. The take out option is good aswell considering the amount to offer.

Originally came across the Cornish Bakery in Cornwall no pun intended. Love all their products and have tried several of their Bakeries here in the north. Well I found the product to be as tasty and well presented in the shop I was a little surprised at how few items seemed to be on display but nevertheless the product and service was excellent and I will happily drive over to Harrogate again to purchase after all lot closer than Tintagel 🤣🤣
