Wayne and the team have been ever so helpful in helping me purchase a Shaun Leane ring that I was after. They gave me a great price and I we did it through email and telephone correspondence. The ring was also resized and delivered special delivery. Excellent communication and service

We brought our wedding bands from Fattorinis and the service from start to finish was amazing. They welcomed us with a glass of fizz and made us feel very comfortable. We were served by Will and he took the time to get to know what we wanted and then brought out a beautiful selection for us to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and professional and helped us in making a decision. We received the rings in good time and we were delighted with our wedding bands and the experience. Would Definitely recommend, and we will be returning.

I cannot thank Fattorinis - especially Karen enough. I had been shopping for my perfect engagement ring and with her help and guidance we sourced the right one. We knew very little about diamonds and Karen took time to talk to us both about what we were looking at. Which helped us make an informed decision - The customer service and level of care is next level. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Bought a beautiful Clogau ring for my 60th birthday. Abi was brilliant, she checked the ring was still available and ordered it for me as we were in Harrogate on holiday. It arrived today, beautiful packaging and I'm so pleased with it. Thank you for such a great service.

I used Fattorinis to purchase an engagement ring in April. Will and Karen went over and beyond to help me, I couldn’t of asked for better service. They spent a lot of time ensuring I got the correct ring after multiple appointments in store and speaking to them on WhatsApp and email. The after service has also been fantastic and have returned to sell a couple of watches since and had the ring cleaned. I’ll be back to get a wedding ring very soon, won’t be going anywhere else as the service here is flawless, a proper local business.
