Many years ago I bought my husband a white gold ring from here. I went back at a later date to ask if they would engrave it for me. I hadn't been well and didn't look particularly great , but I was immediately shown the 'held open ' door with an abrupt man saying " take it to Timpsons they do engraving" I was mortified, and very upset . There was this lady customer inside being shown some expensive rings. So whether this was to impress her and show a degree of snobbery , or if I was being judged on my appearance, I can only guess. But sadly, I was left speechless. Either way , I wasn't given the opportunity to explain that I'd bought the ring from them. I was both offended and humiliated to be treated in that way. Needless to say , they lost both my custom and other potential customers that day. I sincerely hope that man no longer works for them.

Wayne and the team have been ever so helpful in helping me purchase a Shaun Leane ring that I was after. They gave me a great price and I we did it through email and telephone correspondence. The ring was also resized and delivered special delivery. Excellent communication and service

We brought our wedding bands from Fattorinis and the service from start to finish was amazing. They welcomed us with a glass of fizz and made us feel very comfortable. We were served by Will and he took the time to get to know what we wanted and then brought out a beautiful selection for us to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and professional and helped us in making a decision. We received the rings in good time and we were delighted with our wedding bands and the experience. Would Definitely recommend, and we will be returning.

Bought a beautiful Clogau ring for my 60th birthday. Abi was brilliant, she checked the ring was still available and ordered it for me as we were in Harrogate on holiday. It arrived today, beautiful packaging and I'm so pleased with it. Thank you for such a great service.
