Asked for a toastie without butter but they come pre-buttered Why?? Disappointing. Had soup instead which although a small portion was quite tasty and came with a lovely soft roll unbuttered! Would not go back for food.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a coffee to sit in and after paying the staff refused to provide in proper cup, even though all customers outside were drinking in a proper cups. Customer satisfaction obviously not high on the agenda. I would not drink out of a tin and not apologising for prefering a cup of tea or coffee in a mug

Absolutely appalling customer service from the elder lady who should know better. Plonked Tea cake down on table . No pleasantries. Then came back out to bark " you have to pick your drinks up at end of the counter " No one told us we had to . Attitude of a council estate chav . Voiced my own exasperation at this pointing out how rude she was only to have her start shouting and threw our wooden spoon across the kitchen . Has Basil Faulty undergone gender reassignment and got a job here ?

Very annoyed to find that once it gets past 3:00pm you are not allowed to have a proper mug for your hot drink but have to make do with a takeaway cup. The reason give: they are closing at 4:00pm. Whaaat?? Who’s the customer here?

What a lovely experience today - my little boy dropped his ice cream and they offered him a new one free of charge - I tried to insist on paying but the gentleman would only take £1 - what a kind man
