Pleasant public space in the lower end of Harrogate near ripon road. Good parking location for restaurants, shops, conference centre and hotels. Easily walkable to valley gardens. Disabled parking free. Public toilets available and plenty of seating with a nice statue. Opposite Harrogate tourist information.

It’s really nice to walk around the garden and read the history around the area. Need some cleaning and upkeep by the council’s as it’s an iconic location for future generations.

Glass windows needed cleaning and one broken window needed replacing. Far too many weeds round the base of sculpture piece. Only good thing were flower baskets.
