This Spar is like no other, it may not be be large, but has almost everything you could need. We got all our fresh veg for Christmas, and the lady who was working on the cheese, meat and deli counter was both knowledgeable and so cheerful. A credit to Spar, as were the lovely ladies manning the tills. It was very busy due to the time of year, but it had all we needed. Including GF bread! The staff really are stars, thank you.
Absolutely fantastic service by becks as always! She’s such a ray of sunshine..however all staff are also equally as nice! Fantastic asset to the community
Has everything you need, and prices are decent for the area. Opening hours are the only major downside many locals having to travel at least 10 miles to get to another Spar or Co-Op shop in Sedburgh, Ingleton, Settle, etc. As far as I can see A LOT of potential money is being lost in the evenings/nights and a review by management should be conducted
Good little shop with small butcher attached. Nice selection of food, not many jars/cooking sauces but everything needed to make good food. Special mention to the Hall's dry cured unsmoked back bacon, a bit pricey but that's because it's excellent! Thanks also for your patience serving all us tourists, we do appreciate it.
Excellent little shop with lots of choice. Great assortment of fresh veg and fruit. Good deli counter. Very friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of food. Highly recommended. Visited whilst staying at the Caravan and Motorhome Club Site.
