All seemed good to begin with. Went to see a Peuguet 308 (2008), there was no pressure sales and they were happy to get the car out for a test drive. Told me it had 10 months MOT and would offer 3 months warranty and break down cover. All seemed to drive well so I paid a none-refundable deposit and picked it up a few days later. When collecting however I found out it only had 5 months MOT, having decided to let this go I went ahead with the sale. Once home the only key I was given fell apart. An extremely helpful employee (Bob I think his name was) agreed to come to me and fixed it there and then. Very happy. Then... under 2 weeks the car broke down on the motor way. On calling the garage they started to back track on the warranty and break down cover, never the less they arranged recovery within 1.5hrs. Not bad. This happened on a Friday and without even an apology they said it wouldn't be looked at until Monday. Not good. Having chased them all Monday morning and again without any apology I was finally told the car was beyond repair. I went up to the garage that same day and got a full refund, including the part exchange value. Unfortunately they'd already moved on my car so, and again with NO APOLOGY, I am left without any car and a lot of stress. The icing on the car was the new car mats I had just bought were not handed back. An absolute nightmare and the owner (Jeff) didn't seem to care at all. This may have just been bad luck but there was no customer service which left a very bad taste. Would not use again.

Bought a car last year and have spent more than I initially paid for it in repairs. As soon as I drove it off the forecourt it had issues and with only a month warranty, he doesn't really give you any grace to have anything fixed. Now have trading standards investigating and at the beginning of legal proceedings against these cowboys, please avoid like the plague.

I was a little perturbed when I found a number of fault's on the vehicle I had just purchased, *and then read the review's*. I expected all sort's of abuse and insult's. However, after being told on the phone to make a list and take it back, Geoff took a look at the list and immediately offered to make a full refund no griping whatsoever. I decided there and then to ask for a exchange rather than the money back, and in fairness Geoff bent over backwards to accommodate my need's. Thank you Geoff. I can't understand the poor reviews you have received. Barry.

Absolute fantastic service. Can’t fault this company. Bob the sales man went out of his way to help me out. The car I bought was a land rover freelander and I can honestly say it’s yhe best car I have ever bought. Would highly recommend this garage. Car was presented to me immaculatey clean and even put some fuel in for me. Over the moon and would buy from Bocking car sales of Keighley again. Well done and keep up the good work. Agreed to buy a Van here out of hours gave my debit details for the deposit and went online and insured the vehicle, got e mail next day saying van sold online paid in full last night sorry.I needed van as I lost my job last week and now have a bill for cancelling insurance. DON"T USE THIS PLACE no morals.
