Bought a van in October, within 4 weeks, warning lights. Owner of garage very pleasant when buying but very abrupt and rude when I went back. Van went to the garage PR motors use and it was in and out for weeks. Garage had it for 4 weeks at one stretch, very stressful. Eventually sorted with me paying towards repairs. I waited to put this review on and sure enough nearly 6 months down line the alternator has blown and damaged turbo pipe. Took to my own garage and done in a day, not weeks! Would be very careful buying from here.

Very happy with my purchase from PR motors, I’ve been looking for quite some time to get the right vehicle and ended up buying a Nissan Navara that ticks all the boxes, great service nothing was too much trouble from these guys, recommend them to anyone looking for a commercial vehicle.

I cannot praise P R Motors enough for the professionalism that was shown when I went to purchase a van recently. The salesman knowledge was second to none and he was polite and very helpful. I can see why they have been in business as long as they have. The vehicles were clean, tidy and well presented and I am happy with the purchase I made and will definitely recommend this dealer to anybody.

Bought a Volvo v50 2.0d from here back in May and from the start had nothing but trouble. Even though the car had a current mot it needed new brakes as rears seized. Driveshaft knocking and rear anti roll bar links knocking. Cruise control failed. I had my the suspicion the turbo was faulty. They checked it and was told it was fine. It is not and I now need a new turbo. They replaced drive shaft and attempted to fix the cruise control but it still didn't work so it went to Volvo at my cost and they fixed it. Also told me diagnostic was saying faulty turbo actuator. So my suspicion of the turbo was correct. So I would definitely not by a car from here.

Every now and then the universe sends a spate of events that test even the toughest of souls and PR Motors and I surely had that scenario present itself upon our dealings. It’s really easy for any dealer to be polite, courteous, kind, caring and considerate at the point of sale, but what really sets the honest dealers aside of the one-dimensional dealers is when an issue occurs completely un-profoundly and out of the spectrum of normality. From an extreme situation PR Motors Keighley got the opportunity to showcase not just a polite smile and honest handshake but far more than that, the integrity of PR Motors Keighley was stretched beyond comparable belief and must be said mine as the consumer. Having purchased a very clean 2013 VW Caddy after an honest and fair test drive / inspection the sales process prevailed and completed in an orderly manner with both parties in good spirits looking forward to a calm collection day. The vehicle was presented in retail standard and we all wished one another the best of regards. Having successfully navigated 40 miles home the vehicle was parked up ready for the next day and a right good use, well that’s where the unthinkable happened! Having only joked of a scenario day earlier, we began to endure just that scenario, one we did not expect nor too PR Motors Keighley. Out of nowhere the VW Caddy clutch decided to fail just 20 miles into use on the day after collection, yes an exact nightmare!!! What prevailed is in all honesty the reason why I have 5 starred PR Motors Keighley, from the initial phone call to report the clutch failure the dealership in Keighley were exceptionally comforting and understanding (even though rightly so they couldn’t believe what I was reporting) and they reassured me that a full inspection would be carried upon the return of the vehicle and a repair would commence to a satisfactory standard to recompense the misfortune we had suffered. As stated it is easy to provide a sales process but to provide an after sales process in such negative circumstances is very difficult for the best of human beings and it is without doubt that PR Motors Keighley succeeded beyond the greatest expectations of any consumer to deliver 5 star excellence in customer service, sales and support in the used vehicle industry. It’s quite clear why they have been trading for more than 20 years, why? Because excellence stands the test of time!
