I went with my dad to help him replace his old car with something suitable for an Octogenarian on a budget. Specifically something he could get in and out of relatively easily. The staff at Worthway were great. Very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We had quite a few test drives in different cars and weren’t made to feel a bother. They helped us find the perfect car and the gentleman in the office took his time going through the sale etc. with my Dad. They even delivered the car and took his old one away. He’s been back a couple of times with minor issues and questions and they’ve always been very helpful, so the after sales service is also good. Would definitely recommend.

When buying a car from outside your area you are always going to be slightly concerned.. you are not sure if you can trust the dealer. We bought a VW caravelle from Andy at Worthway, we traded in a VW Tiguan, Andy gave us the price we wanted for our car and we bought the caravelle at a reasonable price ( it wasn’t the cheapest on the internet) we felt comfortable dealing with Worthway, Andy and all his friendly team. We were given extended warranty to a claim value suitable for the vehicle we bought … Andy serviced our vehicle and we have had a seat heater failure and the entire radio head unit fail since taking delivery…. Andy has rectified both faults instantly without any issues at all … despite the fact that the cost was nearly £2000.00, in a nutshell, we trust and would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car or commercial vehicle to give Worthway a call…. This is a great friendly garage. My wife and I were looking for a second car for myself and my 17YO. After visiting many "establishments" around Bradford and surrounding around we found one here. The staff were very helpful and provided all the information we required. A few days later we were experiencing an issue with the car, however the team were really helpful in diagnosing and rectifying the issue. Cannot fault their customer service. Thank you and we will recommend you to others.

We bought a Ford Ranger from these guys. Couldn’t full them at all ! NOT pushy , very polite & helpful . Any minor issues at all were sorted before picking it up ! Would definitely recommend & definitely go back when we want to change ! 5* all round ! Thanks guys
