I find it remarkable that the same time I go to write a review someone else writes almost the exact same experience I had yesterday. Do wonder if it was just over the phone or in person as well? Older staff and the pharmacists themselves have always been super helpful and go beyond expectations. Yet the young lady that I delt with yesterday was absurd. Didn't understand it's not what she said that was rude or uncalled for but her tone, language and general approach to the situation. Plus refusing to take responsibility for her actions and say sorry clearly shows the difference in generations to date. Perhaps some more personal training on how to speak to members of the public is needed for such a public facing business.

Called into the pharmacy spoke to pharmacist and some of the staff. After my father moving into the area they were more than helpful. Did actually what we required. Really appreciate your efforts thank you. Shelley

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Also the place to me does not look clean. It's run down as is the system that they use. You quite often get told you can't have your prescription or that you have to wait. I have changed to a much better pharmacy and I won't be going again.
