Emma Downey, assisted by Harry has recently helped me with the preparation of a draft consent order. With very little notice and a tight deadline Emma was brilliant in pulling it all together quickly for me. Her breadth of knowledge and legal advice was invaluable. Review : Emma Downey advice between 2024 and 2025 Emma was fantastic throughout my case. She was understanding, realistic and was always available for me to contact her during what was a very difficult, stressful and emotionally draining time dealing with a Child Arrangements Order via the Court process. Her professionalism and provision of clear advice throughout my entire case was exemplary. Keeping a clear head at all times, her carefully guided and consistency of approach from start to finish most certainly allowed me to be able to present my case in the best possible way to the Court - lead to me obtaining the result I set out to achieve from the start. I would definitely recommend Emma and her team for any advice around a Child Arrangements Order.

Absolutely fantastic service from the Property team! We used Waddington Turner Wall to purchase our current property and honestly, the service was fantastic. Our purchase was rather complex (management company and leasehold) and they managed to get it to completion within 8 weeks. I could not recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again!
