The perfect place for a sauna. Catherine’s horse box sauna is well designed and offers an excellent experience. It is convenient for the Hebden Bridge area and located where it is easy to park. The location offers privacy and Catherine is on hand.
Roots and Rocks is a fabulous little sauna and was a really lovely end to a nice walk. It was clean, comfortable and well thought out. A real gem. Sitting in the tub in the sunshine was a highlight! Still feeling the benefits of the experience today. Thanks so much for ensuring we had a great time Catherine. We'll be back and will definitely recommend.
Edna May is the first and best mobile sauna in the Calder Valley! I couldn’t believe my luck when the sauna appeared on my doorstep! Catherine has lovingly converted a horse box into a sauna, pouring her heart and soul into a beautiful gift for the community. Catherine is a yoga teacher and has gone through her own healing journey, which inspired her to create something that could benefit everybody’s health and well-being, meaning that as well as being able to simply light a fire, she can offer advice on the many health benefits and a friendly, compassionate ear. She really cares about the people who come to the sauna and has created a safe space for people to put down their armour, relax, heal and sweat! As a woman, this is so important to me and Catherine is providing a much needed sanctuary. Having a sauna in a horse box is an experience in itself! Once you step through the doors, you are transported into a relaxing oasis in the heart of Mytholmroyd. I’ve returned many times and every time I feel amazing and completely rejuvenated. It has made a noticeable difference to my lower back pain and I sleep like a baby for a couple of nights. I can’t recommend it enough!
