Hedon Green Print

We're lucky to have Gary and his cave of digital wizardry here in 'leafy Hedon'! Done loads of wee jobs for myself and the band over the years; top bloke.

Not great service, will not use again. Quoted £30 for copying 2 VHS tapes onto DVD (as they said they would probably fit on to about 2 discs at £15 each, hence £30). On going in to pick up the DVDs, I was told the bill is £60 - when I asked why (and I had to ask) I was told that it was actually 4 x discs at £15 each because there was a lot of video on the tapes and it took up more discs than anticipated? (I just wanted the tapes copying, I didn't specify how much was recorded onto them, nor did they ask). If I had been told in advance, or even when the shop called me to delay me picking them up, that it could be up to 4 discs (4 x£15) I wouldn't be so annoyed at been charged it, however, it is up to the shop to correctly estimate pricing before quoting a customer a price. No apology offered, they effectively said 'It's £60 or don't take them'. Not impressed.

Bought two frames over last few months - they engraved both - absolutely brilliant - recipients loved them

I use Green Print for all my printing jobs and the service is always excellent, highly recommend!
