Serenity Camping

Greeted on arrival and showed amenities. Taken to plot by owner which had plenty of room for Campervan and awning. View of hills and horses right next door. Pub and chippy right outside which is great visited both. Toilets and showers very clean. Washing machine dryers fridges and microwave all available to use. We will recommend and return. People on site all really friendly too

We have just stayed at Serenity Camping and would highly recommend it. Very friendly greeting on arrival and taken to our plot which was a great size. Great facilities, toilets and showers are spotless with a hairdryer station. The family shower has a step for little ones to reach the sink aswell as a potty. Available to use is washer and dryer, microwave, fridge and toaster. We took advantage of the X4 bus which was great and runs every half hour in both directions. Fantastic campsite we used to use regularly. We haven't been for a couple of years but weren't disappointed when we returned. Washrooms are immaculate, kitchen is really clean and extra touches like picnic plates to borrow when you're in there using the toaster or microwave are great.

Lovely, peaceful quiet campsite in a really nice location around 20 minutes from Saltburn-by-the-sea by car and a half hour /40 minutes walk along the cliff path to Staithes. Facilities great, bit of a long walk from the “back tent” field to the toilets but the stars make the nighttime walk worthwhile! Nice pubs and chip shop in the local village too.

That's a nice quiet camping literally on the high street (the entrance is opposite of a pub). The facilities were clean and the tent space good. There are only 2 showers and 3 toilets in the ladies so can get quite busy. Would love more space- hopefully another shower block on the furthest side of the camp site...where we were based. Also maybe more child friendly shower option because it's a bit dated and very high so every day is a hairwash day if you're under 12. In generally - very well maintained, great for dogs and kids. 20min from Whitby
