Well stocked shop good prices and fantastic staff who go out of their way to help . dogs are made welcome too and given biscuit . My lab loves to drag me in there to say hello which usually ends up with me buying something 😊

Helpful staff, well stocked store with good choice of items on display. Mountain warehouse gear is always 'on sale' don't know why the don't just price it right in the first place but always good value non the less. Worth a look of you want some value outdoor kit.

Good afternoon. I visited the Freeport Hornsea sight today. And it was a lovely shopping experience. The lady who served me couldn’t do enough. Has a lady with needs she was very helpful to me. And took time to help me get what I needed. Am sorry I didn’t get her name. But she is a great addition to this store. Thank you for all you did for me today. I will be back.

Not sure how this shop is still trading, the most unenthusiastic staff member working in the day we visited, seemed more interested in talking to the team member rather than helping a customer with a need.. If you know what you want get in get it and get out quick don’t expect any help
