The most beautiful accommodation with the most perfect hosts! The rooms were gorgeous, the attention to detail was second to none and Elspeth and Richard were unbelievably kind and generous. Me and my mum loved out weekend away here. Staying at Outwood House was the highlight of our trip. We can’t wait to visit again! The best place we have ever stayed.
We enjoyed a blissful two night midweek stay at Outwood House. Elspeth & Richard were the most wonderful hosts. They really have put so much thought into the overall needs and experience of their guests. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. Everything is such great quality - the furnishings, mattress, bedding, shower (excellent, and they are so often disappointing). To me it was a faultless B & B experience. The photo is of our view over the beautiful gardens.
This is a great place to stay in a quiet area on the outskirts of Leeds. The rooms are well equipped with luxurious bedding. Richard and Elspeth make you feel very welcome. It is a true country house experience, with a library to peruse, a snooker table, soft chairs with views across a manicured lawn and open fires. The vegetarian breakfast was great, cooked to order and served with care. We will stay again.
Richard and Elspeth are outstanding hosts and we couldn’t fault anything during our two night stay at Outwood House . The rooms are stunning and beautifully fitted and the breakfast is amazing ! We will be back ! Thank you !
Just returned from an amazing 3 night stay at Outwood house . Richard & Elsbeth were exceptional hosts , their attention to detail and friendly manner made our stay one the best we have ever experienced . The property and bedrooms have been furnished to an incredibly high level with hand made mattresses that guarantee a wonderful nights sleep. With breakfast included it didn’t disappoint with a fantastic selection of continental and cooked, which the poached eggs were done to perfection ! If you are lucky enough to book a stay you will not be disappointed !
