Always go to patrol base for my air soft supplies and always find them helpful be it their customer service or the instagram account. Have had many orders from them and only had one issue ( courier related ) Natalie was beyond helpful and my replacement package dispatched the same day we spoke. So confident in them that I’m writing this before I’ve received my replacement 10/10
From ordering to delivering to my doorstep has been quick and efficient. Once my parcel arrived there was a piece missing and I rang up and it’s been shipped out to me within 24 hrs of calling up. I will definitely be ordering back from them!
Popped into the store several times now. Gary was super friendly and helpful and the rest of the staff are too! With their help i purchased a plate carrier vest and various accessories including a tracer, gas, bbs, mask. the quality is great and at a better price than stuff on amazon. Great experience all round.

Two-tone service and delivery were great, however the AEG I ordered was shipped 'hot' (firing over 350fps). This resulted in a degree of embarrassment when I got kicked out of a game site. Tried to contact PB by email/phone and received no response. In the end I purchased a spring to switch out and make it field legal. EDIT: I have been contacted by PatrolBase's customer service manager who has courteously offered a resolution to the above. Will continue to shop with PB.
