I had an amazing experience with Jade and Wendy at the UK Super Bowl for my daughter’s 10th Birthday party today. From start to finish, their energy and professionalism made the afternoon unforgettable. Both hosts were incredibly attentive, ensuring everyone felt welcome and involved. Their knowledge of the game, combined with their friendly personalities, kept the atmosphere lively and engaging throughout. They made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to create an enjoyable experience for everyone. I visited this venue today for a game of bowling and drinks and had hoped to also play darts. While waiting at the till to pay for darts, there was no staff member present, so I waited patiently. One staff member looked over multiple times without acknowledging me. When I eventually approached, I was met with a surprisingly rude attitude, and the individual commented about me "dirtying the floor" which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It's disappointing to be treated this way as a paying customer, especially when I was simply trying to enjoy my time. I hope management takes note of this and works on improving customer service, as the overall atmosphere could be much more welcoming with better staff interaction.
The food is good ... a Very Affordable place for kids to celebrate their winnings or Birthdays. The beer is nice and chilled.
We recently had a birthday party here and it was great fun. Staff were fantastic even though it was very busy, food was high quality and kids had loads of fun. Would definitely recommend
