Amazing service! Took some joggers in for some zips to be fitted on the pockets, needed them pretty quickly as they're for Christmas, she did it the same day for us, and did a perfect job! She went above and beyond for us, professional service, couldn't of done a better job. I will 100% recommend to everyone! Thank you very much! Merry Christmas!

Absolutely fantastic service from Millie and Sandra. I called them in a panic as I needed my bridesmaid dress altering quickly, after being turned away from other dressmakers, and they couldn’t have been more helpful! The dress was completed on the same day and they had done an amazing job! They even pressed it for me! So happy! Thank you so much!

The seamstress replaced a zip in a coat for me. It looks great, and the colour was a very close match. Thank you. This means I have a few more years wear out of the coat !

We took a wedding dress and three piece suit with shirt into Johnsons and were greeted by such a lovely staff member- Millie. She was ever so helpful and knowledgeable. We also used the photo booth which she helped us with too. Who ever thought a trip to the dry cleaners would be so enjoyable. Customer service goes such a long way and this staff member is excellent with it. Update- we picked up the suit and wedding dress. Such a fantastic job done on all items- especially the wedding dress which was dirty underneath the train and the white shirt that had marks on. The dress is in a beautiful box and wrapped with protective paper inside. Millie saw us pull up outside and brought them straight out to the car for us. Such an excellent service!

This is the place to go for an outstanding customer service experience. They also do a fab job at cleaning. Our daughter's wedding dress came back as new. Millie is a credit to the Johnson's business (no relation).
