GHBL REMOVALS HULL

Arranged with my partner to pick up and move 2 sofas from one property to another then donate our sofa to a local family who lost everything in a house fire. Hasn't shown up. Now 3 families screwed over by this guy who just doesn't answer the phone or texts despite read receipts showing he's read them. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting

5star as their service and work is brilliant. I've used their service yesterday and Arron and his colleague were on time, very friendly and efficient . They go above and beyond to do their job effectively. It's not how we react matters when things go all well, but when things get slightly not our way. They were effective in solving some problems faced with grace. I highly recommend! Thank you Arron team!

We moved house mid-March 2021. Due to last minute notice from our solicitors, we came across GHBL removals (via AnyVan.com). Aaron and James were brilliant. They rang up to confirm details and arrangements. We were again notified that they were 30 minutes away. They were punctual, professional, friendly and were expert removals ensuring all our items were safely secured. Very impressed with the level of service, they went above and beyond to complete the job. Thank you for making our house move run smoothly, it is greatly appreciated. This is the first time I have been able to find somewhere to write a review. In December I had a 3 bed house removal booked and checked up a day before all was well and was assured all OK. On the morning I had a text saying he couldn't get the van started, so rang him and he was waiting for someone, then it was something about the engine but all was OK as he would hire a van, they were supposed to turn up at 8am and by 10.30 it was him sounding upset and being dramatic (I even felt sorry for him at that point) and he kept telling me to hold on hold on, by 12pm he was ignoring calls and messages and I had to hire a van luckily there was one available and we had to do the removals ourselves bar another company helping last min to lift some boxes for us (ghbl had contacted them on my behalf but I then found out they just left a message on their wall with my phone number) furious ... I am disabled and this was all very upsetting and stressful. Luckily I didn't lose any money, but it was one of the most stressful days of my life. 24 hours later he is advertising all over Facebook about his amazing service and 100% trusted. I am sure they are lovely people and that bad days happen but the fact he just stopped talking and left me stranded was out of order.

It was obvious the removers were experts and knew exactly what needed doing. They had all the equipment to secure the furniture and coverings, ensuring that all my furniture and property were loaded safely in the van and protected during the journey. They were punctual, expedient, helpful, polite and friendly. Very highly recommended!
