The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery is marking a significant milestone as it celebrates ten years of distilling whisky in the region. To commemorate this special occasion, the distillery is releasing a limited edition whisky called the Filey Bay 10th Anniversary Special Release. Yorkshire’s First Single Malt Distillery

Established as Yorkshire's first single malt whisky distillery, the Spirit of Yorkshire has gained a reputation for producing high-quality whisky from field to bottle. The distillery is located on a family farm, where they use 100% homegrown barley that is regeneratively farmed. The Filey Bay 10th Anniversary Special Release has an alcohol volume of 49.9% and is priced at £90 for a 70cl bottle. The whisky is particularly special as it includes spirit from the distillery's first-ever cask, which was laid down back in 2016. This limited edition release is matured in a combination of ex-Madeira and ex-Bourbon casks, which contribute to its unique flavour profile.
