Independent Mobility

We had dealings with both Tony and Susan with regard to a wheelchair for our mum. Both were exceptionally helpful in helping to choose the correct product. Phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and efficiently and we were very grateful to them for their expertise. Would highly recommend.

Service is excellent. Went to the store to discuss a stair lift and got lots of help and advice. Carl came out to measure up on the Friday. He was so friendly and helpful. The stair lift was in and fitted 2 working days later. We bought a reconditioned one which also has a 2 year guarantee. It took the guy around 3 hours to fit. There was no mess and the guy that fitted us gave us good clear instructions on how it all worked. All in All 1 very satisfied and happy customer. Great Job 👍

All the staff are absolutely brilliant here, friendly, polite & knowledgeable. Went in a couple of weeks ago with my brother in law for general information regarding the best mobility scooter for his needs and the lady (Sue?) was extremely helpful. We returned today for a couple of test drives and to buy, and Ann-Marie was as equally knowledgeable & helpful. Just waiting on it being delivered. Very pleasant shopping experience.

After calling at the showroom to discuss my late father's mobility scooter an appointment was made within a week for a visit and quote for it which we were very happy with .The staff were friendly and understanding which made it easier for us. thankyou. and very professional. We were assisted by Susan to establish the right mobility device for my elderly father in law. Susan couldn’t have been more helpful and informative about the numerous products available.
