Bought my 71 plate Tesla model 3 from Ross 5 days ago. Ross is an expert when it comes to knowledge of these cars, I felt like I was not only buying the car but also gaining access in the future to his wealth of knowledge and inner network as he has contacts with one being an ex Tesla mechanic which is reassuring should anything pop up in the future. The switch from an ICE car to an EV was made easier via Ross, I asked a LOT of questions, which at a car supermarket garage they wouldn’t entertain or be able to answer. I must also add that the battery health of this car for its mileage is great, 94%, compared to 87 % which I was looking at a garage in Hull. Would I buy another Tesla from Ross, absolutely, he sources nice healthy cars.

I have recently bought a 22 plate Tesla Model 3 from Ross. The end to end experience was absolutely brilliant. He carefully listened to my circumstances and suggested various different examples which would work for me. He was able to source my car quickly and provided all necessary information to allow me to make a decision with confidence. Highly recommend Travis cars to anyone looking to move to a Tesla. Right from my initial enquiry on Auto trader, Ross's communication was excellent. We quickly arranged a suitable time on the weekend for a viewing and test drive. I wasn't aware before getting in touch but he also offers part exchanges. The part exchange value was very fair and competitive. On the day of viewing the car was well presented and we had a test drive of the car along with a chance to ask any questions. I was also able to complete the purchase and exchange on the same day saving another trip. The car itself has been faultless and is in great condition. I was fairly apprehensive about moving across to an EV but Ross's excellent knowledge and experience definitely made the decision far easier. It's also great to know I have a contact to reach out to should any future advise be needed. The experience has been excellent and far better than you would get at most big dealers whereby they have little knowledge on EV's and the after service is non existent. Ross even went as far as to return my old private number plates afterwards, saving my having to buy a replacement set and a touch up pen for a couple of very minor stone chips. If your in the market for a Tesla there's no where better to go. Cheers Ross!

After spending a few weeks looking at Model 3s after deciding that vehicle was pretty high on the list, I found Travis Cars after spending a hugely frustrating day at various car supermarkets and dealers - none of whom seemed to know anything about the cars they were selling. Ross couldn't have been more helpful. Full of knowledge, no pressure to buy and clearly a trustworthy guy, I decided in August I'd be buying a car from him. When the right one came up shortly after, we agreed on a price and Ross prepped the car. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very patient in dealing with all my queries and any worries I might have had! I can't recommend him enough, and if my next car is a Tesla (which is a pretty sure bet), he's the first person I'll be calling!

I found Ross to be very helpful and knowledgeable about my new to me Tesla model Y. I was really impressed with the presentation of the car and the way it drives was spot on.
