Overall we have been extremely happy with the service with Linely & Simpson of Ilkley. From the start of the process Georgia was extremely informative and really helpful when answering important questions we needed resolving. Also Georgia is excellent at follow ups to make sure everything is on time and running smoothly. The whole process has been very professional and my brother and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy!. Also Evie has been excellent as well.

Absolutely rotten firm to deal with. Had to beg for my deposit money to be returned and they weren't answering my emails or following up my phone calls when they promised to. Sarah was the only one I found helpful and personable. Their head office doesn't have a contact number which doesn't surprise me. I will definitely choose another letting agency in the future and not a big chain like this one.
