I used LCF Residential when purchasing my first home last year. I wanted to go with a local solicitors but was new to the area so didn’t have a recommendation so I just chose LCF based on reviews. Searches were carried out quickly and Tracey and Toni’s speed at responding to emails and providing information was brilliant! A family member is now in the process of buying a house using a different solicitors and their experience has been nowhere near as smooth which has prompted me to leave this review! I think my quote from LCF was slightly higher than a couple of others I received but in my opinion was absolutely worth it for the service and communication provided! Thank you! :)
