I’m truly disappointed. I really like the shop and the mission, and it was my designated fashion choice until now. I consider myself a polite person, so that I really value as a customer. Every time I visit I leave with a bittersweet feeling as the customer service is not great, and I can’t believe how rude was the treatment I’ve received today. Sadly this store is a British Foundation Heart without a heart. What a shame 😔
