From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly welcomed. She listened attentively to my needs, and her expert advice and recommendations helped me make informed decisions that perfectly suited my requirements. Her dedication to providing top-notch customer service is truly commendable and I look forward to visiting the store again in the future.

Fantastic company. I have some of their cycling gear, and a few base layers and T-shirts. The gear is top quality at affordable prices. Sales are really worth looking into. But in confidence from a local and ethical considerate company! I just recently bought a fleece (online order) and after placing the order realised I’d be better with a larger size. I phoned up, spoke to Brendan (top man) and the order was amended and arrived the next day!!! Amazing. Enjoy great value and adventure well.

Definitely avoid. I purchased a faulty camping mat from them and they refused a refund, claiming it was my fault. This is despite the fact that I only used the mat once and it was safely stored in an Exped dry bag (which shows zero signs of damage) the whole time before I used it on a single camping trip. If you buy from them, check for manufacturing defects or damage caused in storage before leaving the store, because based on my experience they won't resolve any issues you find.

From the moment i walked into the shop i was fully looked after by Alex and the team. looking to by through C2W, they made a pot of coffee and talked me through all the options and allowed me to sit on a few bikes (especially as i had no experience of bomber handlebars before) and showed me various components - this allowed me to build a bike to budget as well as adding on some valuable panniers and bags. Once i had my voucher i was able to get the bike delivered to the shop and the team handled the building and setting up allowing me to just turn up and ride straight off - thanks all to Alpkit Ilkley - if only all bike shops had this level of customer service
