
Wave those rainbow flags with pride at one of these fantastic events in Yorkshire.
The York Pride parade sets off from outside the majestic York Minster, before coming to an exciting conclusion at the Knavesmire site, with an impressive line-up of headlining acts such as Gareth Gates and tributes to Abba and Queen.
Working in partnership with Harrogate Theatre, Pride in Diversity are bringing a festival of shows to the town in June. As well as a parade on the day, there’ll be a party afterwards in the Valley Gardens.
The Hull edition of pride will involve a spectacular parade followed by performances from local performers, international stars and other surprise appearances. There’s also a street food festival and market.
Happy Valley Pride is an eclectic, alternative and inclusive week-long festival for everyone, celebrating LGBT+ life in Hebden Bridge and the surrounding areas.
This year will mark the 11th year a Pride event has been held in Sheffield, as well as the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots (a pivotal moment for LGBT+ communities and a worldwide catalyst for change).
Leeds Pride is Yorkshire’s biggest celebration of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans* life. It’s now also the largest Pride in the UK with over 40,000 people attending and is also considered to be the friendliest.
Doncaster Pride is a celebratory, non-political charity that hopes to raise the profile of Doncaster's LGBT community. The parade will start and finish outside of the Doncaster Council building, celebrations will take place afterwards.
