Every year the members of Leeds CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, put together the biggest and best selection of real ales, ciders and perries that will be seen all year in Leeds. Add to this a fantastic selection of global beers from all over the world, tasty food, a selection of beery stalls, and live music from local bands.
Weaving together the three fundamental elements that make the Dales Festival of Food and Drink a success – Food, Farming and Fun. Visitors will find something for everyone from the best locally sources organic meats to award-winning beers within the festival’s own Drinks Marquee and 'Beer Festival'.
BEERTOWN is back! Once again, Brass Castle and Bad Seed breweries will turn the Milton Rooms in Malton into a ‘Theatre of Beer’. They will be showcasing over 45 beers from the most exciting breweries. These will be accompanied by live music from the Bramble Napskins, East Coast Vagabonds, The Blueflies and Radio Silence. Locally sourced artisan food from The Haxby Bakehouse, Queens Head Cantonese Restaurant & Malton Relish Delicatessen.
York Food and Drink Festival is unique because it is set in and around the City’s many amazing historic venues. Its main focus is local and regional food and drink. What could be better than a weekend of great walks, fine ales and fantastic entertainment? Black Sheep Boots and Beer Walking Festival takes place in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales.
One of the stand out beer festivals in the county. This event combines some of the region's most loved beers with a great selection of music. With over 100 different types of ale, and live music at all the stations and on the trains, this event is a real crowd pleaser.
Now in it's 3rd year, Yorkshire Hearts 'Hearty' Festival is making a comeback for 2017. Running across two days Friday 28th & Saturday 29th April. A true Yorkshire celebration with over 20 real ales, our very own English wines and Yorkshire ciders, great fun for all the family. This years festival is set to go with a bang!
Pocktoberfest has been running for 9 years now. Their ethos has always been, and will remain, the same - to raise as much as they can for local charities by making Pocktoberfest one of the town's premier events and an absolute ‘must' on everyone's social calendar.
The largest Beer & Cider Festival in the North of England (and by default Yorkshire!) is held on York's famous Knavesmire. It offers over 450 Real Ales and 100+ ciders at this year's event plus Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) National Beer Championship - North East heats.
