It is crucial at Bondgate Bakery that ingredients are pure and unadulterated and instead of being reliant on mixes and additives, Bondgate has always been about real traditional bread making using locally sourced untreated flours. Bondgate Bakery sells a range of delicious breads and baked goods from its Otley premises and over the years they have developed relationships with a number of retailers and restaurants, supplying a range of Yorkshire clients including Harvey Nichols, Leeds Bradford Airport, Arc Creations and The Tetley in Leeds.

TC Patisserie is a family run business in Beverley, East Yorkshire. The journey began in 2007, when Thierry began making croissants, brioche and fruit tarts at home and selling them on the market. In August 2008 TC Patisserie opened, now making all bakes on the premises with a full lunch menu cooked to order.
